Ingredients
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
2 tbsp BBQ rub or seasoning of choice
Mango Habanero Jelly
Crackers or vegetables for serving
Directions
Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Place the cream cheese block on a piece of aluminum foil.
Sprinkle BBQ rub evenly over the top and sides of the cream cheese.
Smoke for 2 hours or until the cream cheese is softened and infused with smoky flavor. BBQ Inspiration: If you cook at a higher temperature, it will melt faster and not keep its shape.
Add Mango Habanero Jelly on top for an additional 15 minutes on the grill.
