Ingredients
5 medium-sized potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp melted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven or smoker to 425°F (218°C).
Place each potato between two chopsticks and make thin slices about ¾ of the way down.
Mix olive oil or butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over the potatoes, ensuring it gets into the slices.
