Prep the Steak: Pat the tomahawk steak dry. Lightly coat with hot sauce as a binder. Generously apply All Y’all seasoning to all sides.
Preheat the Grill: Set the ASMOKE grill to 250°F. Let rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice against the grain and enjoy!
Smoke It Low & Slow: Place the steak on the grill away from direct heat. Close the lid and smoke until internal temperature reaches 118°F (this may take 45 minutes depending on steak thickness).
Rest Briefly: Remove steak from grill and lightly tent with foil while you crank up the heat.Sear It Hot: Increase ASMOKE grill temperature to 500°F. Slide the drawer over for direct flame access.
