How to Smoke & Sear a Tomahawk Steak

1 Tomahawk ribeye steak (2–3 inches thick)

Your favorite hot sauce (as a binder)

Bartlow’s BBQ “All Y’all” Seasoning (SPG blend: salt, pepper, garlic)
Directions
Prep the Steak:
Pat the tomahawk steak dry. Lightly coat with hot sauce as a binder. Generously apply All Y’all seasoning to all sides.Preheat the Grill:
Set the ASMOKE grill to 250°F.
Let rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice against the grain and enjoy!Smoke It Low & Slow:
Place the steak on the grill away from direct heat. Close the lid and smoke until internal temperature reaches 118°F (this may take 45 minutes depending on steak thickness).Rest Briefly:
Remove steak from grill and lightly tent with foil while you crank up the heat.Sear It Hot:
Increase ASMOKE grill temperature to 500°F. Slide the drawer over for direct flame access.
Sear the steak for 1 minute per side, or until a deep crust forms and internal temp hits 130°F for medium-rare.Slice & Serve:
