Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
4 pita breads
1 cup tzatziki sauce
Yogurt Sauce
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Marinate for 1 hour.
Set the grill to 350°F (176°C). Cook chicken until 165°F internal temperature.
Slice the chicken into strips and serve in pita bread with tzatziki sauce and/or homemade yogurt sauce as a dipping sauce.
