Ingredients
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
3 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups key lime juice
9 large egg yolks
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 tsp bourbon
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for serving

Directions
Preheat the oven or grill to 350°F(176°C).
In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lime juice, and egg yolks until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool to room temperature for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but overnight is better. If you don’t want a smoky flavor, cook in the oven.
Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and lime slices.
