A classic dessert that showcases the sweet and tangy flavors of fresh blueberries encased in a flaky crust. This pie is perfect for summer gatherings and holiday celebrations alike. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delightful finish!

Ingredients

1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups rising flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups whole milk
3 cups blueberries (halved/pitted)
1/2 lemon squeeze or 1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp good-quality bourbon
2 tbsp monk fruit (sprinkled on top)

Directions

Set your grill to 375°F(190°C).
Melt butter in a 10-12 inch cast iron skillet.
Add flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, lemon squeeze, bourbon, and milk in a mixing bowl.
Pour half of the blueberries into the skillet.
Pour cobbler mixture into the cast iron skillet.
Place remaining blueberries on top of cobbler mixture. Sprinkle your monk fruit across the cobbler evenly.
Smoke this for 45-55 minutes until golden brown & bubbly.
Serve with ice cream and enjoy.
