Inspired by Shake Shack burger that you can do at home with this flavorful beef patty topped with gooey cheese and delicious sauce. The combination of fresh ingredients and a toasted bun makes for a mouthwatering meal. Serve it with fries for the full experience!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
4 potato buns
4 slices American cheese
Lettuce, tomato, and Burger Sauce (mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of paprika)

Burger Sauce

1/2 cup light mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp pickle brine
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Form beef into 4 loosely packed balls.
Heat a skillet or griddle on medium-high heat. Smash each ball into a thin patty. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
Top with cheese and let melt. Toast buns in the skillet.
Assemble burgers with sauce, lettuce, tomato, and patties.
