Buttery Lobster

Directions

1. Preheat the oven or grill to 300°F(148°C). Cut the lobster shells lengthwise to expose the meat.
2. Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
4. Place the lobster tails on the grill and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the meat is opaque and tender.
5. Serve immediately with additional melted butter for dipping. Season with Dust Bowl (garlic butter seasoning) for a final taste explosion.
