I added Birria Bomb to my Chili- did it make a difference. Yes it did! Give it a try.

• 2 lb ground beef

• 1 lb ground pork or birria meat

• 2 medium onions, chopped

• 1 head garlic, chopped

• 2 (28 oz) cans crushed tomatoes (with juice)

• 1 (28 oz) can Italian-style diced tomatoes (with juice)

• 1 (7 oz) can chipotles in adobo sauce or paste, chopped (reserve the liquid)

• ½ can beer
-
• 4 tbsp SRD seasoning

• 1 can Bush’s maple beans

• 1 can chili beans

• 1 birria ball

1. Preheat smoker to 250–275°F.
2. Brown ground beef and pork (or birria meat).
3. Add chopped onions and garlic; cook until softened.
4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, chipotles with reserved liquid, and beer.
5. Season with SRD seasoning.
6. Add maple beans, chili beans, and birria ball.
7. Transfer to smoker-safe pot and smoke uncovered for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
8. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
9. Serve hot and garnish with shredded cheese and chopped white onions.
