These beef ribs are slow-smoked to perfection, resulting in tender, flavorful meat that’s perfect for a barbecue feast. Coated with a savory rub, they are a true delicacy. Serve them with classic sides for a memorable meal!

Ingredients

5 lbs beef ribs
1/4 cup kosher salt
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder

Directions

Trim the beef ribs using a boning knife, remove silver skin, and remove hard fat edges. Keep the silver skin on the beef ribs that allows them to stay together during the cook.
Mix salt, pepper, and garlic, then rub over the brisket. Use All Y'All rub as a premade salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning. Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours minimum.
Spritz the beef ribs after hour 2 with 50/50 water and beef broth. Wrap in foil at 180°F once bark is formed.
Smoke at 275°F(135°C) for 5-6 hours until the meat is tender and pulls back from the bone.
Let it rest in beef tallow in the wrap for 1 hour before serving.
