Directions
Preheat your grill or smoker to 375°F (190°C).
(Optional) Slice each pickle spear in half lengthwise and fill the center with cream cheese. I love using Famous Dave’s pickles.
Wrap each pickle spear tightly with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick. Season the bacon with your favorite rub.
Place the bacon-wrapped pickles on the grill or smoker, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy (about 20 minutes).
