Ingredients
- 3 lbs baby back ribs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven or smoker to 275°F (135°C).
- Your first step is to slice baby back ribs into individual ribs.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, and salt, then rub over the ribs. Or use one of my rub seasonings. Sweet Red Dirt would be a great choice.
- Place ribs on smoker and cook until ribs hit 180°F internal temperature.
- Move ribs into a half steam pan. Add brown sugar, butter, honey, BBQ sauce, and mix.
- Cook until ribs reach an internal temperature of 195-200°F.
