Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked spiral ham (about 10 lbs)
- 1 cup cherry juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cherry juice
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup cherry BBQ sauce (Heartland Hickory Sauce)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Directions
- Preheat the smoker to 250°F (121°C).Use cherry wood chunks with your fire.
- Season the ham using mustard as a binder.
- Smoke until the internal temperature is 130°F.
- Mix cherry juice, brown sugar, maple syrup, BBQ sauce, and cloves to create a glaze. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Brush with the glaze for the last 30 minutes until 145°F internal temperature.
