Who says a pumpkin pie can't be made on a grill? Give this one a try and I promise it is a crowd pleaser!
Pumpkin Pie-YUM!

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust Store Bought
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 whole eggs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup dark brown sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground clove
- ¼ tsp ground allspice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup confectioners' sugar

Directions
Set Grill Temperature to 350
Cook directly on grill grate at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
While cooking the pie on the grill, mix all ingredients for Bourbon Whipped Cream in one bowl for several minutes. Use a hand or stand mixer to create well incorporated ingredients. Once mixed chill in fridge until pie is done.
Pumpkin Pie will be done when the center of the pie is at 180-185 degrees.
Remove Pumpkin Pie from grill and refrigerate to set. Usually 45 minutes to one hour.
Once set, add Bourbon Whipped Cream on top. Cut, serve and enjoy!
