We are smoking St. Louis Ribs with the hot and fast method. We compare 3 racks of ribs on the Kamado Joe Kettle Joe, Kamado Joe Classic 2 and Kamado Joe Junior. We set the temp at 300 degrees, smoking unwrapped for 2 hours, and do the foil boat method for the last hour adding bbq sauce. Watch until the end to see the final results and who comes out on top. Really, everyone does when eating ribs!
